Mô tả công việc - Takes responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables. - Provide design and modelling support to the lead architects and management staff - Coordinate with the client and other related parties to advance the design - Pro-actively sharing of information, actively asking for feedback and instruction - Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines - Bring design ideas and initiative to the collective design process - Assist with client presentations and attend project meetings Quyền lợi được hưởng - A positive, multicultural, and professional working environment, Interaction with experts across disciplines. - Annual salary review, 13th month - Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 - Health insurance for staff and family members (your husband/ wife and your children if any) - Working Time: Mon - Fri Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Sufficient proficiency in English - Skills in producing, diagrams, renders and architectural visualizations in general. - Professional degree in Architecture from 7 years relevant working experience - Preferred proficient in the following software: Revit, Autocad, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Rinoceros, Photoshop, Indesign, and MS Office - Confident or experienced working on complex, large scale projects - Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills - Pro-active and self-motivated with ability to work - Entry-level/ intermediate understanding of local and/or international regulations/ standards - Confident working in an international environment.
