Mô tả công việc - Participated in the procurement activities of the Company - Advised and drafted tender documents and/or procurement contracts; - Gave general and specialist legal advice as required from time to time by different departments of the Company; - Take charge of settling complaints, disputes and other legal issues arising during the Companys operation - Monitored and gave legal advices on the tender documents and bidding process; - Perform tasks assigned by the Manager/Company. Quyền lợi được hưởng - Negotiable salary according to ability (50 - 60 Mil) - Review salary every year - 13th month salary - Regime according to company regulatio Yêu cầu kỹ năng − Bachelor in major of Law, Economic – Law,... − Having a law practice certificate or a masters degree in law is preferred. − At least 5 years working experience in legal and compliance area in a corporate legal environment or working at a law firm and/or E&P industry; − Experience in bidding, oil and gas is preferred; − Strong knowledge of the laws of Vietnam relating to corporate, investment, commercial, labor and Petroleum Laws.
