Mô tả công việc 1. RECRUITMENT: - Planning recruitment and recruitment costs for internal and external personnel to serve the company ‘s business activities. - Participating in recruitment planning, organizing and receiving recruitment needs of departments/divisions, high positions in the Company; - Research recruitment trends and regularly update labor market salaries. - Manage recruitment channels, source of candidate profiles, aggregate candidate information and recruitment progress. - Directly participate in interviewing candidates, screening and evaluating and making recruitment decisions, consulting recruitment for departments - Participate in preparing to receive and take care of candidates during the entire process of candidates joining the organization. 2. BRAND RECRUITMENT: - Planning to organize recruitment branding activities of the Recruitment Team and the Company; - Responsible for updating information, editing content on Recruitment channels such as internal website, fanpage, email...; - Expanding cooperation channels, linking with schools and training centers, introducing jobs to increase the recruitment brand and actively recruiting personnel for the Company. 3. HUMAN RESOURCE ASSESSMENT Implement processes to evaluate the performance of internal personnel and outsourced personnel: probationary evaluation, 6-month personnel evaluation, annual evaluation 4. REPORT - Measurement reports, suggestions for improvement: conversion rate, recruitment sources, effective CVs applied for ..… - Update, report the work according to regulations and when asked.
