Mô tả công việc - Implement the companys recruitment strategy: post job, search and screen candidates; CVs, make appointment to interview candidates, check candidate ability and experience. - Make sure to complete the paperwork and records for new employees in accordance with the company recruitment process and manage, store and update on HRM HR software - Coordinate with departments to prepare training and integration schedules for internal employees and new hires outsourced. -Implement processes for performance evaluation, attitude assessment and work efficiency of internal and external employees. - Building, updating, records, related to transfer of service, appointment, and cessation of labor contracts on the HRM. - Support the staff in matters related to labor regulations, employee welfare policy.
