Mô tả công việc • Managing all business aspects of the bar including inventory, suppliers, budgets and setting future goals • Strong reporting skills • Excellent creative classic cocktail skills • Fantastic customer service • Building and supporting a strong team, including regular training • Working with the Marketing & Events Manager to assist in planning and management of events • Working well with the restaurant team at all times • Create and maintain a fun atmosphere for clients Quyền lợi được hưởng Attractive salary and benefit package. Yêu cầu kỹ năng •Calm, self-motivated, positive attitude, confident, friendly, excellent communication and leadership skills, innovative, self-starter, contributor, attention to detail • Previous bar management experience is required • Experience of working in Vietnam and Asia is preferred • Strong understanding of business and fiscal management of a bar • Excellent computer and reporting skills • Able to work shifts, late nights, weekends & public holidays. • Willingness to work during peak hours including nights weekends and holidays.
