Mô tả công việc - Be in charge of foreign employees' work permit, work visa, temporarily residence card, etc. - Draft employment contracts and other administrative document related to HR field, - Advise and assist the Management in handling with legal aspects of HR and Admin operations, - Perform various types of personnel actions e.g. terminations, resignations, transfers, warnings, disciplinary actions, salary amendment, position changes, new appointments, etc. - Make reports to relevant government bodies regarding the employment of foreign and Vietnamese labor, - In charge of full-cycle recruitment process, - Synthesize monthly timekeeping of employee and take a part in preparing month salary table for employees, - Other HR and administration tasks as assigned by the Management. Yêu cầu kỹ năng - At least 2 year experience in a similar role in an international organization. Deep knowledge of Vietnam Legislation, Regulations, HR trends and practices, - Well-organized, able to be multi-task and handle pressure and deadline well, - Bachelor in Law, Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline, preferable candidate with education or experience in Law, - Good in English speaking and writing. Good at MS-Office applications, - Able to work independently and in a team. - Communicate effectively and confidently to different kind of people and organizations, - Can travel to different government bodies to do paperwork.
