Mô tả công việc Job Goal: Business Development for specific key accounts and targeted market segments, according to the agreed sales plan, in order to increase sales and retain the margin objectives. Key Accountabilities - Sales Plan: Formulate the yearly sales plan for own (potential) accounts in order to give direction to the business activities and set clear priorities, within the frame of Barentz strategy - Product development Introduce new and/or existing accounts to products from the Barentz product portfolio in order to stimulate the start of new projects on customized solutions. - Marketing Contribute to the formulation and execution of the yearly marketing plan with regard to specific regions and key accounts, in order to support an optimal positioning of the company and its solutions within the region. - New Business Create and follow up new business opportunities with new or existing customers in order to increase sales and expand the business. - Key Account management Manage and expand relationships with existing (key) accounts in order to act as a business partner, strengthen intimacy and create new business opportunities. - Product and market knowledge Pro-active development of product and market knowledge and sharing this information with the regional and international sales team in order to realize a consistent market/customer approach. Pro-active networking with business partners at all levels of the organization in order to develop market knowledge, customer intimacy, and Vitablend awareness.
