Mô tả công việc Preparing and maintaining inventory reports Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in systems Coordinating with other departments to conduct physical stock count periodically Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger Verifying stock counts, conduct stock count reconciliation and recording adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost. Collect costing information and calculating cost of goods manufacturing or work in progress (WIP) based costing methodology Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
