Mô tả công việc  Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment  Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards  Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data  Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products  Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods  Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct  Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards  Eliminating products that are not up to standards and make recommendations for improvement.  Assign work to staff in QA team, ensure resources in the team perform well assigned tasks.  Monitoring of all aspects relating to final product physical properties.  Detailed analysis into product that customers complaint & including running the customer complaint process.  Maintain calibration schedule for all laboratory equipment and also equipment in other parts of the plant relating to product quality.  Develop annual targets for the department, supervise the implementation of targets and report to the head / general director on the implementation.  Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all MDF laboratory tasks Quyền lợi được hưởng  Working days: 5 days / week, from Monday to Friday  Working time: 8:00 – 17:00  Full pay social insurance   Paid Leave: Follow VN Labor Law.  No additional payment for Over Time Work.  Have 13th month salary and other benefits follow company’s policy  Allowance: VND 80,000/day for daily meal on working days.  Annual leave: 15 days/ year Yêu cầu kỹ năng  Priority is given to people from the Philippines.  Experience from 7 years in the backpack industry or  Good verbal and written English communication skills.   Can work under high pressure, hard-working and honestly, high organized  Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.  Sharp attention to details.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented, with strong follow through  Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress  Be able to travel to many vendors in difference provinces/ countries.  Deep understanding of raw material development and cost engineering.  Excellent technical knowledge of fabric sewing
