Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards Monitoring of all aspects relating to final product physical properties. Eliminating products that are not up to standards and make recommendations for improvement. Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct Maintain calibration schedule for all laboratory equipment and also equipment in other parts of the plant relating to product quality. Detailed analysis into product that customers complaint & including running the customer complaint process. Develop annual targets for the department, supervise the implementation of targets and report to the head / general director on the implementation.
