Mô tả công việc Actively involved in developing a comprehensive system of managing software projects and assuring quality of product outputs. Support for training, consulting and proposing to build a process suitable for the actual projects. Conduct and evaluate the implementation and compliance of the prescribed process of Software / IT Service projects. Control progress, early detect and warn problems/incidents/risks that may affect the project progress, then potentially have impacts on quality of project outputs. Synthesize and make statistics, analyze and report data according to required standards, then estimate risks and recommend solutions. Research and propose new ideas to improve project process and quality. Perform tasks related to process management as assigned by PM or Group Leader.
