Mô tả công việc - Receive booking from sales team in Hanoi. - Block services for series and follow per month ( hotel, transportation, restaurant, water puppet, train ticket, cyclo). - Input the data on the tour management/ tour plan. - Send booking to supplier and follow up booking. - Reconfirm booking when having final. - Final all services on tour management for general OP confirm to sales. - Negotiate the price with suppliers - Check carefully all of information of sale request ( kind of room/transfer, vegetation, argillic…) - Adjust number of guest follow final. - Follow up the tour. - Check price and report the cost to OPM at the end month - Check and control the service quality of suppliers. - Keep and manage - Make the payment for suppliers. - Update services of supplier to OPM. 2.
