Mô tả công việc Perform/ manage operational risk tools such as LOSS reporting; KRIs, RCSAs; Process/ Regulation review of operational risk to early detect risks and have solutions to prevent/ mitigate losses and risks for the Bank. Analyse current operational risk data to propose preventive and forward-looking action plans to senior management for risk mitigation and operational risk management enhancement. Develop and implement communication and corporation plan/ scheme with business units to manage effectively operational risk coordinators and enhance operational risk management in Bank’s 1st line of defense. Relevant Experience    Familiar with operational risk banking data, banking operational and business processes.    Experience working in bank 1st line of defence Required Competencies    Communication and investigation skills    Logical thinking    High analytical capability    Dedicated and well-handled in stress.    Good at teamwork
