Mô tả công việc - Lawyers: provide legal advice for clients in domestic and foreign investment, enterprises and commerce, banking and finance, real estates and construction, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolutions, corporate restructuring and insolvency; directly involved in resolving commercial, labor, civil, administrative disputes, etc. - Legal Assistants: Research and directly assist lawyers in performing the aforesaid work; Perform other tasks following the instruction and assignments of supervisors. Lawyers (Code: LS – HN) - Legal Assistants (Code: CB – HN) Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Ability to work independently and in groups; - Dynamic, enthusiastic, active in work and be able to work under pressure; - Communication and presentation skills; - Proficient in office tools (Words, Excel, Power Point – provision of certificates is preferable, if any); - Bachelor of Law’s Degree (Good degree or higher) (If bachelor’s degree has not yet been issued for fresh graduates, transcript or study report is acceptable); and Master of Law’s Degree or degree of higher education (if any); - Passionate in lawyering work; - Willing to go on business trips if required; and - Fluent English (4 skills, IELTS >=6.5 or equivalent); - Good work organization and efficient time management; - Applicants for lawyer positions must present lawyer practicing certificates and have at least 5 years of working experience.
