Mô tả công việc **HR** - Coordinating with a consulting company for employees’s compulsory social insurance and PIT (for both Vietnamese and Foreign Employees). - Tracking attendance of employees and calculating monthly payroll. - Tracking and coordinating with a service company to get foreign employee's work permit and TRC. **Accounting** - Receive & check the legality of VAT invoices. - Issue VAT invoices to Clients - Tracking payment plan weekly, monthly, quarterly. - Coordinating with an accounting consulting company monthly to send data such as VAT invoices, customs declaration, cost price and cash book.,etc. - Follow up the receivable & payable with suppliers & Clients - Making payments to suppliers. - Check VAT reports, PIT reports and send it to the Tax Department. - Tracking Payment Activity (Internal & External) and making daily expenses for reporting to the Manager. - Follow up the import - export goods. - Following up with other Internal Reports. - Key contact to the Tax Authority and banks for relevant issues. - Prepare the documents for VAT refund every 6 months. - Checking the quarterly and yearly financial statement reports. - Follow up Depreciation, Overhead Cost, Expenses (Administration, Sales, etc.) - Asset management in Factory and Office - Other relevant duties Quyền lợi được hưởng Working in a young - dynamic - friendly, multinational professional environment.
