The Position and Responsibilities -Develop and implement total compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective -You are the steward of our company’s culture and talent. You will lead the People function in a growing startup, from talent acquisition to onboarding, career development, performance management, and culture. -Develop comprehensive HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives -Develop holistic recruiting and retention plans to meet Nook’s human capital needs -Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, career development, succession planning, level-up and training, compensation, and benefits At Nook, you will be part of a small, tight-knit, and highly effective team.
