Talent Acquisition • Sourcing talents using different sourcing tools. • Screening & identifying potential candidates’ resumes to fill company job vacancies. • Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates • Managing job advertisements on job boards and social networks. • Assist in job fair, career day or related recruitment events. • Assist in employer branding activities/ initiatives (career talk, university tour, workshop, One-day Boschler, …) 1.2. Learning & development • Coordinating new hire orientations (materials, logistics, training attendance record…). • Coordinating in the delivery of training and development programs • Coordinating in gathering employees’ feedback about training effectiveness 1.3. Other roles • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. • Conducting market research where necessary. • Assist in employee engagement activities. • Assist in preparing HR reports (weekly/ monthly) as required. • Assist in performing HR projects as required.
