Mô tả công việc JOB DESCRIPTION · Receive and handle recruitment requests from Departments and Managers for both Vietnam and Global positions · Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions and advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks · Proactively search and source candidates through online platforms / channels (LinkedIn…) · Manage and Upload CVs on the HR system · Coordinate and Conduct interviews during various hiring stages · Follow up with candidates, evaluate and report to hiring managers and HR managers · Support with personnel procedures: Employment offer, labor contract, amendment, resignation, termination decisions and relevant documents · Closely work with Hiring leads to update & improve recruitment strategy · Enhance companys image & interaction to candidates · Perform other tasks assigned by the Management Yêu cầu kỹ năng JOB REQUIREMENTS · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English · Experiences working in a similar role before is a plus · Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms (Indeed, Vietnamworks…) · Experience using various interview formats (phone, face to face…) · Hardworking, mature, careful, and result-oriented · Able to work well under pressure and meet targets & deadlines
