Mô tả công việc OBJECTIVE - This position provide general direction and supervision to Standard operating procedure system to correct well and do the best analysis about inventory for company; - This position is responsible for ensuring of the inventory data accurately and will report direct to Manager; - This position is responsible for managing the 5S, regulation, training & development employees in packaging and warehouse RESPONSIBILITY 1. Input - Output management 2. Inventory management 3. Warehouse arrangement 4. Documents management 5. Forklift driver staff coordination 6. Update data in ERP system 7. Report - Working time + From Mon - Sat: 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM + Break time: 12:00 AM – 13:00 PM Quyền lợi được hưởng - Salary: Agreement by capacity - Insurance as prescribed - Lunch - Increase salary Yêu cầu kỹ năng - Good in English, Chinese is preferred - Vietnamese with College degree up - Good working of office software - Professional warehouse management - Inventory & warehouse management qualification - Good attitude and behavior 2. Experience in Warehouse - Minimum 3 years working experience in warehouse supervisor - Solid background in professional inventory, warehouse management - Excellent first in & first out management - Warehouse Sup experience is must - Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit 3. Experience in Packaging - Packaging Sup experience - Solid background in professional packaging management 4. Skills - Good interpersonal /intercultural skills - Conceptual thinking, but strong action and results oriented - Good communication, negotiation and project management - Continuous improvement and speed & simplicity mindset - Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill - Conceptual thinking, but strong action and results oriented - Deliver short term result in a long term perspective
