Mô tả công việc 1. Develop and refine marketing goals and promotional activities for the overall Vietnam market together with the Executive Director and Marketing Team in Singapore. Includes but not limited to the following: • B2B Marketing for Q Industries and other brands partnering with Q Industries • B2C Marketing for Lifestyle Division and Q.ulinary Essentials Kitchenstore • Event Promotion & Management for Q Industries 2. Market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities in Vietnam market and customer behaviours for activities listed in 7) 3. Content creation and management according to brand guidelines across all traditional, digital, social media platforms and EDM 4. Content creation, copyediting and proofreading for both internal and external communications such as press releases, thought articles, product launches, quarterly company updates in both English and local language 5. Design and create artwork according to brand guidelines for marketing and promotional materials to be used for the Vietnam market, both print and digital 6. Ensures all reports, presentations, and sales kit to be sent out to are prepared according to brand guidelines 7. Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors such as agencies, printers, freelancers when required. Ensures third party follows Q Industries brand guidelines. 8. Ensuring that electronic and print media are in line with local legislative laws. 9. Host internal post campaign/ post event feedback sessions with all relevant stakeholders 10. Event planning and management when required 11. Work with manager and business units to determine marketing budget and manage expenses within budget 12. Assist in media/ VIP guided site inspections at Q Industries 13. Any other duties as assigned by line manager. Quyền lợi được hưởng • Full benefits as labor law/union regulation; • Accident insurance; • Internal & external training; • 3 sick day leave company pay; • Termly review performance and salary raise & sales commission • Discount from 20-30% service & product of the company for staff • Open to share and discuss with BOD about career development, etc. • Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 06:00 PM Yêu cầu kỹ năng Advanced level in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, design or related field  In-depth experience and knowledge related to digital marketing including but not limited to social media (including Facebook, Instragram, TripAdvior, Foody and other relevant advertising channels), website management (WordPress and coding experience appreciated), electronic-direct mailers Having passion for Retail Industry is appreciated  In-depth knowledge with advertising regulations in Vietnam  Preferably with at least 1-2 years of related experiences  Highly creative and resourceful in delivering effective marketing communication strategies  Proactive, meticulous and a positive attitude  Good interpersonal and communications skills  Ability to project manage and deliver within tight deadlines  Motivated self-starter who is comfortable working with a team in Vietnam and Singapore as well as independently Self-aware and focused on self-development and continual learning
