Mô tả công việc • Preparing legal documents for enterprises and making reports for Competent authorities. • Consulting on legal issues internally. • Drafting and reviewing legal documents that protect the organization's legal and business interests. • Conduct legal check & review for contracts, internal guidelines and important documents. • Establish and maintain database of legal issues in cooperation with compliance team. • Others as assigned from Legal Manager from time to time.
