Mô tả công việc - Promote sales of ocean freight, consolidation, customs clearance and domestic logistics service/Find new Customer/ Co-loader, export sale ( US, Canada, Europe, Asia,...) - Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department. - Coach, lead and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental. - Calculate and submit quotations and tenders efficiently and follow-up accordingly. - Building strong relationship with current & potential customers, attend customer’s inquiries support other departments. Increase awareness of company and capability in local market. - Expand company footprint on the local market. - Weekly update market intelligent & related report to Management. - Perform arising tasks assigned by Branch Manager.
