Mô tả công việc Reporting and Database Management: • Input and verify promotion scheme, send info to legal team for registration of promotion scheme at the Department of Industry and Trade • Check and release sales order, SRO (include checking bank if require receiving advance payment (GT customers) before release SO) • Issue invoices to customers • Reconcile clearing accounting (GRIR, AP not-voucher, …) at month-end • Verify supporting documents and input invoices, allocate landed costs (freight charge, import tax) for import goods. • Prepare out-put VAT declaration Inventory Management: • Reconcile stocks at each sub location between systems and before release goods to customers. • Inventory report at month-end and stock count at year-end. • Maintain customer master data, item masters Ad-hoc: • Other duties assigned by Operation Manager Quyền lợi được hưởng Incentive (monthly/quarterly/yearly) Monthly allowance Fixed 13th month salary Yêu cầu kỹ năng Proficient skills in MS Office, especially excel Experience in a multi-national company and FMCG environment is a plus +1 year experience in areas related to this job Integrity and Disciplined
