Mô tả công việc You will be responsible for trading operations at Anfin from strategic product planning to daily execution. Your scope will include financial modeling, product development, and daily operation management. Define trading system requirements and work with the engineering team to build a trading system at scale Develop a strategic plan to expand trading operations for multiple asset classes Able to build, test, and deploy new trading strategies based on fundamental and technical indicators Build cash and portfolio management tools to estimate capital requirements and manage risk Build a strong process and system to manage and optimize cash flow for trading operations Daily monitor trading operation to ensure it runs smoothly without any disruptions Work with data analyst and accounting department to build a strong reporting capability to monitor trading operations to ensure quality and minimize risks Build and manage a team of engineers and data analysts to run trading at Anfin Quyền lợi được hưởng We want you to have a well-paid job to focus on your work, so we do performance reviews and salary increases twice per year We provide Laptop to ensure the quality of work We want employees to stay healthy and to be able to focus on their work, rather than healthcare costs.
