Mô tả công việc Objectives:  Carry out work related to international market development to find & build customer database.  Approach and successfully develop customers through difference sources of information: trade counseling other countries, websites, previous customers, personal relationships, etc.  Perform other jobs as assigned by upper management. Key Responsibilities:  Search, develop new markets and customers - From different sources of information and data, search and develop potential customers in international markets. - Update information about new products for sales support. - Send out samples and test the market to get feedback from consumers and meet their needs. - Research and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the market as well as partners to approach. - Coordinate with Vietnamese counselors in countries across the world, approach potential partners for business cooperation. - Participate in product introduction exhibitions in international markets.  Customer service management - Always listen and often work with customers to maintain a good relationship. - Grasp the difficulties that customers are dealing with in order to support, handle and create favorable conditions for customers to be active in distribution. - Update the situation of competitors in the market about products, prices or marketing programs. - Keep customers updated on new pricing policies or promotions to encourage and enhance customer orders, increase sales to meet annual plan targets. - Report and make appropriate recommendations to keep market share for the Company's products in a timely manner.  Manage sales network, statistical assessment of sales data - Effectively implement and ensure sales contract processes such as signing, payment and transition to production are carried out in accordance with delivery requirements. - Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the work is safe, appropriate and that delivery is on schedule.  Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management Quyền lợi được hưởng • Income: Basic salary + allowance + 13th month salary bonus • Participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and health insurance according to regulations • Annual salary increase according to the Company's regulations on seniority regime • Annual health check-up • Allowance: petrol + lunch + phone • To participate in training classes according to the Company's regulations • Receive discounts when using company products and services Yêu cầu kỹ năng At least 3-5 years of experience in equivalent position in FMCG; agricultural; F&B Good at English and Chinese Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, Import – Export, Business Administration Detail-oriented, good communication skills, intellectual, ready to perform assigned work Travel is required Responsible and able to work under high pressure environment Age requirement: 28-35 years old
