Mô tả công việc JOB DESCRIPTIONS a. Media Optimization/Buying/Reporting (70%) Independently manage and execute (setup, track, optimize) digital performance campaigns across multi-channels flawlessly (Google ads, Facebook ads, other channels if required) Do weekly/monthly/post buy reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights to consult internal team/Client for next steps. Come up with actionable solutions and solve campaign problems (if any) to achieve/exceed campaign KPIs. Other ad-hoc tasks if required by line manager/ higher management level. b. Media Planning/Researching (30%) Work with other parties to seek for advice/media innovations/plan checking to continuously improve campaign performance (Google/ Facebook/ Publisher,...) Independently develop media plans for branding/performance campaigns with competitive pricing to match with client's objective/demand with clear rationales & data-driven approach. Support line manager/ higher management level to develop media proposals (keyword research, user digital behavior, competitor analysis,...)
