Mô tả công việc Planning & Managing · Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to activating new users, retaining existing users & win back churners and leverage customers experiences thru their journey. · Manage loyalty initiatives, including the development, launch and on-going maintenance of a loyalty program. · Work with external partner for win-win cooperation to create the opportunities for cross-loyalty program. Executing · Designing & optimizing the marketing automation users flows for specific campaigns. · Working closely with the cross-functional teams to design, test and execute growth experiments that drive efficient growth such as Consumer Engagement and Personalization in the day-to-day management of the program to ensure successful development, launch and ongoing CRM marketing operation. · Standardize the customer database data entry to make it correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities. · Communicating effectively with target audiences and managing customer relationships. · Works closely with the IT department & other related departments to better understand all CRM feeds and data flowing in and out of CRM program management tools. Reporting & Analysis: Work on the report dashboard for tracking customer’s journey thru all touch points on CDP platform. · Analyze and interpret campaign response, customer behaviors, segment performance to optimize conversion and retention through managing, handling, and initiating all activities and schedules, trigger campaigns and nurture programs to drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and drive revenue. · Run and communicate real time reports of customer on all touch points and testing plans to improve program efficiency as in a higher ROI, higher CTR. · Monitor and track performance of programs implemented. · Other tasks which are required by manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng Requirements ·       Bachelor’s Degree required 3-5 years of experience in marketing, CRM, loyalty or related fields. ·       Experience in CDP, data-driven marketing, analytics, and digital transformation. ·       Proficient in Microsoft office & English communication Good to have attributes ·       Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate. ·       Takes initiative and ownership ·       Excellent planning and analytical skills ·       Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines Without referral to manager ·       Prioritization & delegation of tasks within CDP/ CRM function ·       Resolution of decision regarding the day-to-day implementation of the plan ·       Approval of expenditure within delegated limit in line with company policy ·       Coordination with 3rd party contractor/ vendor on quotes and tasks After consultation with manager or others ·       Approval of expenditure exceeding delegated limit ·       Development of CDP/ CRM ·       Resolution of decisions which involve or impact customers/ company ·       Implementation of processes/ changes to SOP
