Mô tả công việc • Monitor the quality of products by employee’s manipulation during the production period to be in line with quality standard of the Company. • Checking incoming material to make sure it meets the specification include take sample, do analysis at Laboratory and review the COA • Monitor Pest control, GMP and hygiene: review the status of pest control situation in each department, review of correction & prevention action, internal audit review and statistic all relative data for review of pest control action …etc. • Follow up the production process and make the analysis for relevant samples • Do the Laboratory operation to ensure that the quality of raw materials & packaging material and products meet quality standard • Do traceability of product to define the problem relative to quality • Follow up the non-conformity products & recall process of products with corrective action • Monitor the product shelf-life. • Implement the organoleptic testing: flavor and taste test, triangle test (training and verify panelist). • Prepare chemical and reagent for physiochemical analysis. • Implement 5s in laboratory department. • Support the activities in the ISO 22000 system Other tasks: • Report immediately all the quality issues to Quality System Supervisor in order to solve in time • Monitor the concentration of cleaning and sterilizing chemicals at all the kitchen Quyền lợi được hưởng - Supported with regular training to improve specialized knowledge -Lương tháng 13, có quà tặng vào các dịp lễ, tết - HĐLĐ, bảo hiểm XH, BHYT đầy đủ - Labor contract, social insurance,  health insurance -13th month salary, gifts on holidays and New Year - Được hỗ trợ đào tạo nâng cao kiến thức chuyên ngành thường xuyên Yêu cầu kỹ năng • Graduating from University or College with the major in food chemical, food technological or microbiological • Master knowledge of HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, IFS are necessary • Getting over 2 years experienced working for manufacturing in food & beverage industry • Ability to work in high pressure, well-organized, planning, solving problem • Cross-communication, team work
