Mô tả công việc 1, Material voucher control (sample order): o Creating and issuing material (Fabric + Accessories) to warehouse & Production at Development stage (including Prototype, PRO/ISR, KAMP/GTM, PM, Ref sample, others..etc). o Tracking the material status report to preparing for material voucher issuing. o Tracking the in-house fabric shrinkage test report to release material voucher. o Tracking sample order planning & progress. o Do balancing material and work with Technical for any material consumption was impacted material quality/quantity to work out the reasonabl material voucher. 2, Preparing shipment memo for sample shipment o Create shipment memo send to Receptionist do release sample shipment through courier/ Air ((for FOC sample w/o declare custom)) o Track & Update shipment memo follow up chart. o Consoliate and do report for sample transportation cost by monthly, season, yearly. 3, Keep Sample manage o Receipt, update & follow up status for keep sample quantity submit by production from each Development stage. o Control the keep sample quantity in-put, out-put and inventory by season & Yearly. o Hang up new keep sample and folded back the old keep sample put in inventory. 4, Sample tag Create sample tag with full in info related style develop & cut down be hangtag shape to release sample submission: Prototype sample, PRO/ISR, Reference sample, DS sample,... 5, Support & others Quyền lợi được hưởng Probationary work 100% salary Lunch at the company Full social insurance, free accident insurance for employees and 2 relatives Child care allowance under 6 years old 260,000 VND/month/child Tet Bonus, Salary T13 Periodic health check at the company 2 times/year Yêu cầu kỹ năng Graduated in Garment Technology or related majors. 1 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
