Mô tả công việc * Objective: Implement activities to enhance employee experience (Ahamovers) and Talent. Responsibility: * Employee Engagement: • Build up ideas and plans to organize internal engagement programs; • Plan internal communication campaign to meet different requirements of each program; • Directly executing, coordinating, and collaborating with departments to implement projects; • Assist in employee engagement projects and internal events. * Employer Branding: • Improve awareness and attraction for qualified applicants in large numbers; • Participate in recruitment activities and activities that impact the candidates, employees, communities’ experience; • Assist in ensuring the Employer Branding database is updated and effective; • Performing reports and other jobs as assigned by senior management levels. * Internal Community: • Lead internal channel community efforts for employees; • Drive regular community channel issues reporting with applicable benchmarking; • Work with stakeholders within the company on programs, tools and technology that help to improve healthy employee channel communities; • Develop and expand more internal communication channels, special in new media pages; * Other tasks: • Monitor financial budgets for communication and engagement activity; • Perform other tasks as required or assigned by the Hiring Manager. Yêu cầu kỹ năng • 2 - 3 years+ experience in Employee engagement, employee branding or in the same fields; (experience in technology companies: On-demand, eCommerce, Fintech, Games is a plus); • Experience setting KPIs for measuring the success of social media strategies and reporting on success; • Excellent in English communication & writing; • Having strong skills in creating content, independently raising ideas for internal and external events; • Writing compelling copy and crafting messages for an internal audience; • Building and managing positive relationships with stakeholders; • Project management and developing systems to improve efficiency; • Problem-solving skills: giving and receiving feedback; • Understanding and appraising the benefits of current digital communications and technology.
