Mô tả công việc - Receiving letter/parcels and transfer to the correct department or announce to Customers. - Greeting & support customers - Be in charge of tracking suppliers: Telephone fee, Delivery fee, Internet fee, uniform, Taxi payment, nameplate directory board….. - Order front office supplies, stationaries; keep, maintain inventory of stock and delivery. - Attract potential patients by answering inquiries of services on site, via phone or email. - Support and solve complains/issues for all customers working in Office. - Follow the term of contract of exist customers and invite them to continue extending the contract. - Maintain the relationship with the current customers and looking for new customer resources by yourself. - Follow the exist customers data, check the surchages fee monthly to inform to customers. Support to Accountant team to collect the debt on time. - The other tasks following the direct manager.
