Mô tả công việc Senior Merchandiser is a person in charge of any activities related to new shipment that product at Stores, Warehouse, System and Factory ready for ship in. Always follow up and control product to deliver the product to customer ASAP with highly sell through. Shipment Delivery: 55% ● Working direct to the principle for booking vessels, volume checking and confirming ETD-ETA ● Alignment with Logistic for transferring and prepare the documentation as Translate file, Sale Contract, Invoice, Packing list …etc ● Sale Retail Price ● Prepare documentation for warehouse inbound goods: PO, Master data ● Allocation and Master file for the system, Stores. Monitor stock, inventory and sales: 35% ● Follow up with warehouse when receiving goods and handle arising ● Work closely with stores for support as System/Pricing/Label/Master File/…related to the product at Stores ● Tracking the quantity confirmed order and Net ship-in by shipment, Marketing product ● Sell through the management and market analysis as well as fast-low moving items and propose decisions. ● General master file updates by shipment ● Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports ● Competitor Updates Support: 10% ● Support Product Manager and Brand Manager in request Quyền lợi được hưởng Dynamic working environment Full health insurance benefits, participate in skill/professional training courses Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday Bonus for holidays (Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.), 13th month salary, teambuilding, etc. Have clear promotion path (depend on capacity) Special internal sale  Yêu cầu kỹ năng ●        At least 3 years of experience in working as a product /buyer in fashion/retails ●        Able to perform under high pressure and work in a fast paced team environment with strong computer skills. (especial is Excel skill) ●        Excellent in communication in both English & Vietnamese with all levels. ●        Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills ●        Close attention to details and carefully ●        Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate
