Mô tả công việc Annam Gourmet's searching candidates for Purchasing Assistant with main duties as below: - Get the best deal for company, good products and good support from suppliers, following decision from supervisor and purchasing manager. - Prepare contracts in accordance with existing conditions and delay. - Study offer vs market trend & target sourcing, send to buyer/manager the result of the analyze. - Negotiate with the supplier the condition (payment terms, rebates, prices, and support for Visa process). - Work with the authorities to get the visa on time - Coordinate with Procurement team for any changes, replacement of products to get good action for adjusting the visa registration - Send samples to laboratory and check the result - Support supervisor to Inform relevant departments: Accounting, Marketing, Operation - Study product to have good decision to make visa (food, non-food, special cases) - Work with the authorities to get the license on time - Coordinate with Procurement team for renew license Quyền lợi được hưởng -13th month salary, gifts on holidays, birthday, events - Labor contract, social insurance, health insurance, review performance - Supported with regular training to improve specialized knowledge Yêu cầu kỹ năng Education: Relevant College/University in Food Technology, Biotechnology, etc. Software skills: Excel, Power point, Word, Retail system English : Good English communication Having at least 1 year experienced at the same position Good communication in English & Vietnamese Respect the confidentiality of information processed or communicated
