Mô tả công việc - Coordinate/Supervise the launch of marketing activities with partners (banks, payment gateways, merchants) - Execute and report on all tactics to retail clients - Build comprehensive marketing plans that will drive traffic and awareness for Ree-Pay - Assess the merchant offering and presentations - Work directly with Ree-Pay integrated merchants to develop marketing plans and assets. This includes consumer-facing placements across the full shopper journey from driving traffic, to acquisition and conversion - Work closely cross functionally with our business development, marketing, commercial and technology teams to provide seamless support to partners and maximize Ree-Pay’s exposure on partner marketing channels -Consult with merchants and partners to develop marketing and product ideas for best digital shopping and payment experience - Work directly with, and manage, creative and media agencies on specific executions - Develop multi-channel marketing programs that drive consumer awareness, adoption, and engagement, while also bringing marketing innovation to Ree-Pay partners - BUild sales funnels oriented to maximize ReePay transactions and GMV scalability - Formulate value proposition to both Ree-Pay and potential partners -Market intelligence - Hands on Facebook and Google Campaigns -Activate deals by developing and launching creative partner marketing programs that advance exposure for the brand, increase ReePay Sales in a way that also benefits our partners - Prepare state of the art presentations Quyền lợi được hưởng - ESOP plan depending from experience - Insurance - Bonus package - Attractive salary (depends on experience) - Bike parking - International working environment - Cool Co Working Office in Ho Chi Minh D1: The Sentry, Sonatus Building - Access to network of mentors and talents Yêu cầu kỹ năng - A candidate who has managed marketing for a high-volume retailer before would be preferred - You have exceptional creative, problem solving and strategic thinking ability - Fluent skills in Vietnamese & English, written and verbal - You will have 6-8 years experience in consumer, payments and/or retail marketing - You are ruthless in delivering results on time and with the highest standards - Must be team oriented and highly resourceful - ‘Can do’ and ‘Willing to do what it takes’ attitude - You have both digital marketing experience - performance marketing, digital and social channels expert - Comfortable interacting with and managing relationships with senior stakeholders at merchant partners
