Mô tả công việc - HR administration support – following up on contract renewals, end of contract (EOC), obtaining documents from business, dissemination and coordination of HR communications. - Design and develop basic HRBP communications for internal stakeholders. - Report and analytics on all HR metrics, produce reports from Work Day (HR Platform) performance plans review, goal setting, improvement plans, leave balances, ad hoc HR metrics, ticketing system metrics. - Process mapping – flow charts and diagrams. - Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings. - Manage ticketing HR system for HRBP team. Quyền lợi được hưởng - Working time: 8a.m - 5p.m (Monday - Friday) - Gross Salary: negotiable based on candidate experience (start from 15mil) - Insurances followed Vietnamese Labor Law - Christmas vacation: one week off Yêu cầu kỹ năng 1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (or related discipline; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus) 2. Demonstrated experience in providing high level coordination and administration support for an international organisation. 3. Understanding of Vietnam Labour Code. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to set priorities. 5. High sense of confidentiality and ability to work with confidential information. 6. Forward-thinking attitude to determine the areas in office administration that could be improved. 7. Superior knowledge and experience in using IT software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. 8. Experience in using Work Day or other related HR platforms is desirable.
