Mô tả công việc 1. General Description We are looking for a skilled and well English-speaking staff, to act like a Customer Service staff for our Fairs & Events / Relocations department. 2. Responsibilities Shipment coordinator • Creating tariff, shipping instruction, contracts, annual show calendar (to be trained) • Preparing documents for both import & export shipments • Booking air freight, sea freight for export shipments, following until delivery • Arrangement of packing/pick up/delivery/container loading schedule • Coordinate with other staffs, departments and oversea agents, carriers, vendors,… to update shipment status Onsite tasks: • Assist show manager to prepare onsite documents i.e. show manifest, Delivery Order form, Return/Disposal instruction. • Contact with exhibitors at site for getting D/O sign, return cargo confirmation Billing tasks • Prepare debit note, Sending debit notes to customers base on quotation. • Check & verify debit notes, invoices from suppliers Quyền lợi được hưởng Monthly salary with Social Insurance, Medical Insurance 13th month salary Annual team building trip Other benefits on Holidays Yêu cầu kỹ năng Good English, both writing and verbal Working experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Proactive, hardworking, transparency and high responsibility person Good communication and interpersonal skill Able to work overtime if request
