Mô tả công việc To setup , troubleshoot and repair high speed machine and equipment. Perform Preventive maintenance to ensure machine and equipment in good condition. 1.Implement daily machine setup to be done in a timely and efficient manner 2. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on the machine, report to Sr. Technician when is difficulties 3. Assist Sr. Technician to ensure the overall machine downtime and schedule adhere to meet company’s goal 4. Work closely with Sr. Technician to carry out repair and maintenance work 5. Provide guidance to operators on the machine / equipment handling. 6. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals. 7. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of: a. 7S & KAIZEN b. Environmental Health Safety c. RBA & Social Responsibility d. Protection of company assets 8. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures. 9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
