Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, answer questions about inventory or pricing, and provide friendly service to ensure repeat visits.

Stocking & Inventory: Efficiently restock shelves and display areas as products sell. Monitor inventory levels and inform the manager when items are running low.

Merchandising & Organization: Ensure all products are neatly arranged, front-faced (pulled to the front of the shelf), and that price labels are clear and accurate. Maintain an orderly appearance in all aisles.

Quality Control (FIFO): Practice the "First-In, First-Out" method by rotating stock to ensure freshness and removing expired or damaged items from shelves promptly.

Store Maintenance: Keep the shop clean and safe by regularly sweeping, dusting, and wiping down counters and display racks. Ensure the checkout and entrance areas are tidy.

Cashier Support: Assist at the checkout counter during busy hours, processing payments accurately, bagging groceries with care, and handling cash or digital transactions.

Administrative Support: Help with receiving incoming shipments, verifying delivery slips against received stock, and preparing items for store placement.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in retail, grocery, or customer service is a plus, but not required if you are a fast learner with a positive attitude.

Technical Skills:

Ability to use a basic POS (Point of Sale) system or electronic cash register.

Basic math skills for handling cash, change, and inventory counts.

Ability to read labels, expiration dates, and follow organizational systems.
