Mô tả công việc  To lead the test delivery as per Test Strategy defined by the QA Manager for the Program.  Provide test estimate for project scoping and scheduling if required.  Provide QA advice to ensure Quality is considered early to reduce the number of defects during testing phase.  To deliver test planning, test traceability, test execution, defect management and reporting deliverables for each initiative of the Program which will include infrastructure, network and application which will include different test types and test levels.  Continuously perform and report test related risk assessment and offer mitigation options, when possible, throughout the program to enable early mitigation to ensure program success.  To raise and communicate deviation of test plan as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.  To lead, guide and monitor the analysis, preparation (design)and execution of the test deliverables.  Stakeholder Management including UAT Test Governance and Facilitate test workshops across IT and Business teams to communicate and educate test processes required for the project; to review and seek approval of the test artefact  Act as Defect Manager if required Quyền lợi được hưởng - Opportunity to work with multicultural environment and travel. - 13th month salary, social insurance - A flat hierarchy and a culture of collaboration across all disciplines - Performance review and adjust salary twice a year - Very attractive remuneration package - Opportunity to work on new technologies and tools - Modern workplace Yêu cầu kỹ năng  A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience  English proficiency is required.  At least three years’ experience leading teams on complex projects  At least three years’ experience with data analysis and/or data mining  At least three years’ experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action or other similar rigorous problem/analysis/resolution  At least three years’ experience working with a software development team, specifically in applications testing  Exposure to test automation tools
