Mô tả công việc Design, review and coordinate architectural works as per Client’s request throughout the project’s stage: Tender Drawings, Concept Design, Basic Design, Detail Design, As-Built Drawings Age: 30 Continuously update, following up with the Design Work’s relevant Legal Requirements, Regulations, Standards… Report to GM (Design) for work progress and outstanding issues to agree on solutions Liaise with project managers, clients, sub-contractors, material suppliers to ensure the construction is in compliance with approved design and specifications, quality, quantity, progress, budget Other duties assigned by GM (Design) from time to time. Yêu cầu kỹ năng At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position. Graduated from Architecture University or relevant Universities. Having ability to use proficiently applications as following: Revit, Autocad, Illustrator & Photoshop (as a preference). Having skill of sketch in order to transfer information to relevant sections to execute the works at a fastest time. Good command of spoken and written English, especially English in construction. Having ability to manage time and fulfill the assigned works exactly to meet the required deadline strictly. Having Architect Profession Practicing Certificate is compulsory.
