We are seeking an energetic, people-focused, and highly organized Event Engagement Coordinator to drive attendee experience and brand connection during our events. In this role, you will be the lead architect of participant interaction—managing everything from interactive booths and social media activations to attendee feedback loops. Key Responsibilities
Attendee Experience Design: Conceptualize and execute interactive experiences, pop-up activations, and gamification elements that encourage participation and build lasting brand affinity.
Social Media & Digital Engagement: Oversee live-event social media coverage, manage user-generated content campaigns, and facilitate real-time attendee interaction across digital platforms.
Community Facilitation: Serve as the on-the-ground host, welcoming attendees, facilitating networking opportunities, and ensuring guests are fully engaged with event programming.
Feedback & Sentiment Analysis: Proactively gather attendee feedback throughout the event, conduct sentiment pulse-checks, and manage post-event surveys to measure engagement success.
Programming Support: Collaborate with the content team to coordinate live demonstrations, speaker Q&As, and interactive workshops, ensuring high audience turnout and energy.
Vendor & Talent Liaison: Coordinate with brand ambassadors, entertainers, and third-party engagement vendors to ensure all activations align with the event’s theme and goals.
Data-Driven Optimization: Track engagement metrics (e.g., participation rates, social media reach, survey results) to provide management with actionable insights for future event improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in event engagement, experiential marketing, brand activation, or guest services.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in social media management tools and event engagement platforms (e.g., event apps, digital polling software).
Strong aptitude for managing digital analytics and creating visual reports on audience engagement.
