JOB DESCRIPTION: Shift Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Shift Leader to oversee and manage team operations during assigned shifts. You will be the first point of contact for resolving operational issues, ensuring staff productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
Shift Supervision: Manage and coordinate the activities of the team on duty, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Workflow Coordination: Assign specific tasks to team members based on operational requirements and individual skill sets.

Problem Solving: Actively monitor production/service flow, promptly identify bottlenecks or technical issues, and implement immediate solutions to minimize downtime.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members strictly adhere to company policies, safety protocols (EHS), and quality control standards throughout the shift.

Reporting: Document shift activities, performance metrics, incidents, and equipment issues in the shift handover report.

Performance Monitoring: Provide on-the-job guidance, support, and feedback to team members to ensure performance targets are met.

Communication: Facilitate a smooth shift handover process, ensuring clear communication of pending tasks or critical updates to the next shift.

Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma or vocational degree. Technical or college degree in a related field is a plus.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior-level role within a manufacturing, logistics, or retail environment.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, make quick decisions, and delegate tasks effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to troubleshoot operational problems calmly and efficiently under pressure.

Communication: Clear, concise communication skills to give instructions and report findings to management.

Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility, and physically fit to handle shift rotations (including nights/weekends).

Language: Fluency in Vietnamese.
